.. Met with the Minister of Finance Baqir al-Zubaidi in Washington, Mr. Mahmoud Mohi El Din and the Egyptian Minister of Investment Executive Director, former Director of the World Bank.

.. At the beginning of the meeting, congratulated His Excellency Mr. Minister, Mr. Mohiuddin confidence of the World Bank on his appointment as "executive" and this post will give impetus to "substantial" to support the Arab issues in the bank and contribute to meeting their demands.

And the Minister referred to his meetings held with officials of the Bank's management and projects performed by in Iraq, stressing "the importance of support for the demands of Iraq and the most important expansion of the bank's presence in Iraq and the implementation of technical assistance and the establishment of training courses and workshops in Iraq with the possibility of re-allocation of $ 500 million for finance infrastructure projects where already on the bank amount to budget support.

.. He called on the Minister for Finance, Mr. Mohi-Din to cooperate and contribute actively with Mr. Mirza Hassan Executive Director of the Arab Group, and his advisor, Mr. Abbas Jerio and coordination with them to meet the needs of Iraq.
