.Than his predecessor, Mr. Bayan Jabr

. .. Proceed in the framework of the members of the new Iraqi government to carry out official duties and to prepare for the start of the application programs and plans of Ministers.
. .. Received today, Dr. Rafie al-Issawi duties as finance minister from his predecessor, Mr. Bayan Jabr.
.. He commended the effort Issawi outstanding during the period of his Zubaidi Astaizharh and orientations to improve the tireless work of the ministry, stressing that he will focus in its work to complete the plans and programs established by the ministry and to benefit from past experiences.
من.. For his part, wished to Issawi, Al-Zubaidi success in his new assignment and expressed confidence in the spirit of perseverance and seriousness of the work displayed by al-Issawi.
.. The ceremony was attended by receiving a number of consultants, experts and officials of the Ministry of Finance.

He then visited al-Issawi the ministry's headquarters and see the workflow for rebuilding, and met a number of agents, general managers and staff and discussed with them mechanisms for software application development and the problems of delayed payment of dues for a number of provinces to seek work to support the service projects and the development of the regions.
