This network for news (H.N.N)-an official in the Ministry of Finance of the Kurdistan Regional Government Iraq said Friday that the Government of the territory according to the current budget year 2011, only 10,000 set, indicating that the fiscal territory will send its budget for 2011, the Kurdistan Parliament for approval, after authenticating the Iraqi Council of representatives on federal budget.
Undersecretary of finance with the territorial Government, Rashid Tahir, Kurdistan News Agency (aknews), "Iraq's Finance Ministry not related to determine the number of employees who shall be nominated Kurdistan Regional Government, and even specify a setting for this year is the prerogative of the territorial Government and Parliament of Kurdistan."
Tahir said that "the Treasury to the territorial Government declared its ability to recruit 10,000 people only, because the territory's budget can not absorb more than this number."
Undersecretary Ministry of Finance of the Federal Government of Iraq, "said Fazil Nabi (aknews) Sunday," the Kurdistan can identifying 25,000 employees in official institutions depending on its share of the financial budget for 2011, 17% ".
The Iraqi Government has approved the draft federal budget for FY 2011 budget, amounting to about 93 billion dinars ($ 79.6 billion), calculating barrel per US $ 73, and export capacity of 2.25 million barrels per day.
And the budget deficit is expected to reach approximately 14 billion dinars (about 12 billion) in spending is expected to reach 46 billion dinars (about $ 54.70 billion).
Iraq adopts and is a member of OPEC over oil revenues to fund approximately 95 percent of the annual balance.
The proposed budget is bigger and bigger budget since the founding of the State of Iraq if approved by Congress in the coming days.
The total share of Kurdistan region of Iraq federal fiscal budget amounts to 17% by a political agreement between Erbil and Baghdad, and accordingly the province received $ 12 trliona and 600 million dinars in 2004.

Nice!! ... or if you divide the $54.7 bn by 46 bn iqd, you get a rate of $1.19 per iqd !! I'll take either rate!!
