President of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Board of Deputies on Monday 28/2/2011 to his Baghdad Minister of Finance Dr. Rafi Al-Issawi to discuss the latest developments in Iraq and the adoption of the budget and the role of the Iraqi people to modify before approval.

They were invaluable role in the follow-up and guidance throughout the post tried to Saddam Hussein in particular last amending budget course prior approval from the responsible balancing budget divisions
